Breakfast shutdown to early to be of use the location is a little run down but it looks like they are making improvements. I don't mind linoleum floors but their should be a mat to keep the room nice while you are walking in and out. It was raining when we got there.

It is very nice. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff is very courteous. A good value. There is a older lady in housekeeping. I think she was from India . She can’t speak English but she is such a sweet person that I wished I could have had more time to try to speak with her. Very refreshing.

Honestly I loved the entry from the outside balcony! It was perfect for my son and I for his baseball tournament in a pinch!

I liked the price. Too many hotels are wanting over $100 for a night's stay. I don't want to pay for a pool, workout room or 4 star breakfast that I am not going to use.

The price of the room. I had a very nice view from my room. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable and I felt very relaxed and safe.

We are budget travelers and this is everything we like for our 8-10 hour stay. Friendly front desk, clean, comfortable and good coffee.
